Good on RCA + process ITIL and Incident management and SLA, Responsible for Incident management, fault analysis/determination and problem-solving skills, achieve the SLAs
Good on PowerShell
Practice infrastructure as code, monitoring as code etc, basically solve problems with code
oCert Management (SSL)
Good on IIS, SQL or Kusto
Good on Azure DevOps
Own CICD pipeline operations, Automation & improvements of productions systems
