Scrum Master 8+ years work experience
10+. relevant IT project experience.Mandatory
Agile project experience involving sprints & continuous integration.Mandatory
Agile practitioner with good project expertise (10+ years) as Scrum Master. Must have experience in delivering digital transformations in agile programs. Mandatory
- Worked on Financial applications / transformation projects in BFSI space. Mandatory
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodologyMandatory
- Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection. Mandatory
- Expertise with tools such as JIRA: Create dashboard for team velocity, Burn up chart, Burn down chart, etc.Preferred
- Knowledge of patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, etc.)Preferred
Good to have
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks & removing any impediments. Preferred
- Facilitates product backlog shaping, Organizes and facilitates the sprint ceremonies which includes Sprint planning, Story Grooming, Sprint Review, Sprint RetroPreferred
- Takes ownership and publish Sprint cadence.Preferred
- Ability to work with distributed teams. Mandatory
