As part of the Regional/Zone Partner Sales Execution team, aid and facilitate the successful growth of revenue derived through the Indirect Channel in terms of supporting Partners directly to evolve their sales strategy and performance to meet long term productivity and business objectives. These goals are achieved through building productive business relationships with Partner Solution Partners, Partner Management Execs and Partner Development Execs within a Region or Zone territory, aligned to SPL Regional/ Zone objectives. Coach and mentor Partner personnel to advance Partner productivity in the sales cycle, in particular through larger, complex/strategic pursuits, and stuck deals, ensuring appropriate resources are provided in support of Partners. Works on projects/assignments of strategic scope. Works under self management. Mentor other Partner Sales Executives on effective co-sales approaches, demonstrating by own personal example and excellence.
