On our Early Careers team, we are responsible for engaging, hiring and developing a diverse base of talent across Expedia Group, globally. This includes engaging women in high school to foster their computer science careers, hiring interns from a myriad of backgrounds and cultures across 3 continents and developing early careers and career changers. We are on a journey to transform how we empower early in career talent and breaking down barriers on our way.
We are looking for an experienced Early Careers specialist based in Gurgaon to combine their passion for early careers and talent management to build market leading program experiences for our early career hires.

What youll do:
Working as part of a newly formed Global Development Programs team you will contribute to the design and build of our Intern and Graduate Program. You will be responsible for managing the implementation, while contributing to the continued build of our global framework.
  • Deliver an awesome employee experience to Early Careers hires in India through our Intern and Graduate programs
  • Deliver an engaging calendar of events that include skills sessions, leadership talks, panels, social connectivity
  • Champion Inclusion and belonging, putting it at the heart of the program experience
  • Focus on driving strong conversion rates from our Interns to convert to Full Time Employees joining our Graduate Program
  • Implement a robust performance management framework that focuses on high performance culture through ongoing feedback and coaching
  • Consider the candidate experience and learning journey in everything you do
  • Own business partner communications in India, crafting program updates and driving business support and inputs where needed
  • Robust data tracking across all programs, identifying insights and trends and storytelling through data
  • Maintain effective relationships and pastoral care with employees throughout their program experiences
  • Educate hiring managers on EC products and strategy as a SME using internal and external data / benchmarking
  • Act as an ambassador of Expedia Group, demonstrating and articulating our values, work environment, business strategies and benefits
  • Work collaboratively, putting the goals of the team and business first, embodying Expedia Group's Mission, Purpose & Values
