Job Description

Quantity Surveyor - Civil

Expeirence : 5 Years minimum (Male )

Location: Thane HO

CTC-6.0 LPA Upto

Scrutiny of quantity estimation after studying drawings, review of historical data.
Thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials. Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design Shall be well versed with Tender preparation.
Shall be able to build data base from existing and historical data and benchmark quantity and cost
Should have completed multiple projects as quantity surveyor ON SITE on independent responsibility.
Should have handled project planning for large projects.
BE Civil with Exp. in Quantity Estimation
Should have Good communication skills
Moderate level of MS office, Autocad proficiency
Well versed with IS 1200 and other relevant codes for estimation and measurement for RCC and steel structure
Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS & Working Drawings.
Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer. Knowledge of Project Planning
