Roles and Responsibilities
The incumbent of this role will be managing the end to end employee life cycle i.e. from Joining to Exit, the job responsibilities would include the following but will not limited to:

• Onboarding, Joining formalities and Induction.
• HRIS & data management.
• Performance management.
• Payroll management.
• Performance review management.
• Formulation and implementation of the policies.
• Employee engagement including conduction of surveys etc.
• Handling employee relations, assisting with employees queries & handling grievances.
• Rewards & Recognition implementation and management.
• Interdepartmental coordination.
• Support business functions as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR across partnering for various HR activities.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be flexible & have a detail-oriented attitude.
• Must possess strong personal and professional ethics.
• Full time MBA/PGDM.
• This is Night Shift
