Job Description
Ensure the Rhodium, Yellow Gold plating /Rose Gold plating baths preparation and maintain the same.standardize processes, reduce the overall cost of the manufacturing process by wastage control.
Ensure the plating thickness of products& meet the product requirements.
Ensure MSDS for all chemicals using in the factories.
Document processes and generate reports for comparison before and after improvements.
Work with factory floor leads/sales teams to understand kind of problems facing and work to improve the same.
Optimal Usage of plating Chemicals and eliminates wastage and should control the plating costs with in the budgets.
Ensure the upkeeping of the equipments and related machines including the spectrometer etc.
discuss/negotiate/connect with vendors and third-party suppliers for trouble shooting of equipments and awareness on new technologies.
Propose plans, budgets and timelines for any kind of expansion in Plating dept.
Adhere to international standards and bench mark the same in terms plating output quality.
