- Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
- Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1 Managing various event tools and L15 mainframe job scheduling operations, 2 Mainframe specialist with experience in day-to-day functions TSO and Dispatch related activities 3 Experience in IPL Hands-on experience in mainframe Cortex-Plan/ TWS/ CA7 , event and ticket Management experience in tools including ServiceNow Infrastructure and application health-check
- Technical Experience : 1 13-4yrs Experience in Mainframe and system monitoring and batch monitoring 2 Minimum 2yrs experience in mainframe monitoring operations includes CA7/TWS/Cortex plan
- Professional Attributes : 1 Good written verbal communication skills 2 Expected to directly work with key stakeholders to gather requirement deliver appropriately
- Educational Qualification : 15 Years regular education
