  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1, Responsible for Redhat and Amazon Linux Operating System administration and maintenance of highly available enterprise Servers 2, Monitor/Troubleshoot performance and other errors/problems and propose short term fixes and long-term solutions 3, Advanced system administration knowledge and excellent troubleshooting skills on Linux Server Administration RedHat / Amazon Linux is required 4, Experience for setting up AWS Cloud Solution, migration of applications in AWS

    • Technical Experience : 1, Proficient in administering managing Linux on AWS environment on EC2 instances 2, Proficient in scripting using Shell scripting, Cloudformation in AWS 3, AWS Certified Solution Architect

    • Professional Attributes : 1, 5 to 7 years of experience 2, Very Good communication skill 3, Good team player with good interpersonal skill 4, Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 5, Take part in weekend /holiday on call support Be flexible to learn new technology /skill

    • Educational Qualification : 1, Graduate

    • Additional Information : 9, Responsibility for transition/ operations team handover and Signoff of Migrated servers
