oBasic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical with first class with minimum 60%of marks.
oOverall work experience: 5 years with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design
oCAD Tool: Should have hands on experience in Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0 for at least 3+ years. Has expertise in
Modelling and detailing Casting/Machining parts, Sheet metal parts and plastics
Handling of large assembly Management
oDesign and development of Castings, automotive application ( EX: housings of Gear box/Front Axles/Differential )
oProficient in Advanced Part modelling, Assembly modelling and Surfacing using Creo 2.0
oKnowledgeable in Skeleton modelling, copy-geometry merge inheritance and reverse engineering
oCreate production drawings of Castings, machining drawings.
oCreates Sheet metal parts, Assemblies and their drawings
oExecution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
oGood knowledge in Casting processes including Sand Castings, HPD, LPD, Continuous castings and their application
oWell versed with best design-practices of Castings.
oGood understanding and reading complex drawings
oWorking knowledge on GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards.
oIndependent work executer with little support
oGood communication skills both written and oral
oGood presentation skills
oGood team player
Skills & ExperienceConceptual design, Creo, Design Concept Using Creo Tool, Microsoft Office, PTC Windchill
