oBasic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME with first class with minimum 60%of marks.
oOverall work experience: 5 years with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design
oCAD Tool: Should have hands on experience in Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0 for at least 3+ years. Has expertise in
Modelling and detailing
Casting and Sheet metal
Handling of large assembly Management
Design and development of Castings,
oCreate production drawings of Castings, machining drawings
Create cad models (sheet metal, casting etc) to support cost reduction projects
oDesigns the Sheet metal components/ assemblies using Part modelling, Advanced Part modelling, Sheet metal, modelling techniques as appropriate
oGood experience in creating of structural and weldment drawings
oGood knowledge in Casting processes including Sand Castings, HPD, LPD, Continuous castings and their application
oWell versed with best design-practices of Castings.
oGood understanding and reading complex drawings in casting and sheet metal
oExecution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
oWorking knowledge on GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards.
oIndependent work executer with little support
oGood communication skills both written and oral
oGood presentation skills
Skills & ExperienceCREO Parametric 2.0, Microsoft Excel, PTC Windchill
