Job Description

Monitoring and controlling costs of multiple projects from concept to completion
Prepare simple Take-Offs, multiple BOQs, tender documents, contracts, budgets, liability sheets and all other documentation. as required.
Prepare, review, maintain and deliver supplier and subcontractor contracts, in advance of any issues arising.
Technically assist existing Buyers in sourcing and procurement of materials and products
Measure value of work on site
Proactively prepare and write reports, as required
Carry out market and supplier analysis
