- Knowledge of the resources and procurement.
- Can supervise and update the status of civil work going on site.
- Can Handle individually complete Billing & estimation department.
- should be proficient in Site Management.
- Hardworking, with good knowledge of handling site and team, good communication skills, have to do responsibility for site security, health and safety and the organisation and supervision of material Engr.
- Experienced with Contractor & Site Billing, Conversant with IS Code of Measurement, proficiency in rate analysis & reconciliation.
- Fair communication skills and good job knowledge.
- Through knowledge of the specification of the project.
