They manage more than 15,000 verified commercial properties spanning across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Over 3,500 large clients trust us with their commercial realty requirements.
Job Title: Sales Manager Mumbai
Job Responsibilities
1. Generate leads/enquiries through various sources designed by the Company and other activities
2. Handle Clients queries and their requirements, build relationships
3. Verbal and written communication with clients and Companies.
4. Sell real estate projects to the clients
5. Provide market research and analysis for existing and upcoming real estate development.
6. Keep update of existing and new Laws related to property dealing and real estate Market.
7. Market commercial projects.
8. Go for meetings and inspections with clients
9. Database management related to Clients and Properties.
10. Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
11. Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.
12. Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self and team.
13. Close deal and recovery
