Job Description


Making an Indent as per site requirement register.
Maintaining daily records as GRR (Goods Receipt Report) & IMR (inward material report)
Maintaining daily records as CMR (Cash Material Receipt Manual)
To maintain physical stocks and stock on record, perfectly matching with each dept of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil.
Quantity certify of Venders bills refer to Indent/ Purchase Order.
Co-ordination with Suppliers / in-house departments such as purchase, cost management, project management, accounts, QA/ QC etc. for Material Indenting, Follow-up, acceptance, loading & unloading, goods receipt GRN & GI and process for billing.
Overall Supervision and control with regards to store / purchase function. Inward / Outward & Stock Records. Looking for the receiving areas, Store set up, Follow-up with the suppliers for day to day requirement, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials, Receiving Indents, Requisition from various departments Controlling the leakage of revenue by checking the wastage, unnecessary stocking
Bills submit to Accounts department for payments.
Reconciliation of steel cement and others monthly and yearly.
Maintaining the records of Gate Pass Material outgoing with consultation with Client.
Ensuring proper storage safety and protection of the Material at site.
Preparing of monthly Stock Statements & inform to Seniors includes Project In-charge.
Monthly End inventory (Tacking physical inventory on monthly basis) & Keeping all records in stores, making list of slow / Non moving items, Follow-up with the vendors for timely delivery of material, receiving the material as per companys policies & Standard.
Knowledge of Electrical & Hardware items (Sub Station Material)
Knowledge of Structure Material & Beam Material. (Sub Station Material)
Supervise the store staff and coordinate with the higher management.
Working in ERP or SAP or Built-Smart software (Issue Slip, MRN, IGP, OGP, PR, Bill Submit to ac dept. etc.)
