JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
As a Backend developer, you should be able to create, code, and improve the server, server-side applications, and databases that, when combined with front-end code, help create a functional, seamless experience for the end-user. We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Back-end Developer who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
Excellent project and time management skills.
Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or with a group.
Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve applications
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and system administrators
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience as a Back-end developer
In-depth understanding of web development
4+ years of experience with programming languages like Java, J2ee, Spring hibernate frameworks, Microservice architecture.
Develop, test and deploy robust products that are fast, scalable and highly responsive.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with front side platforms such HTML5 and CSS3.
Database- Cloud base / Installable database (Postgres / My Sql).
Technical problem solving and strong debugging skills.
Knowledge on Serverless server.
Development experience with cloud system.
Understanding of accessibility and server compliance.
