Job Description

On time Vendor Payments
Overseeing all Accounts Payable processes from petty cash to expense reports to account reconciliation
Compliance with Laws (GST, IT, MSME)
Liaise with internal customers for query resolution and Advance settlement and accounting payable disputes
Work very closely with Taxation team for tax related matters
Adherence to Processes
Simplification of Processes by automating manual accounting and financial reporting or analysis
Develop implement and maintain systems, procedure and policies to ensure controls, efficiencies and adherence to company polices
Oversees the payment processing ensuring accuracy and timelines
