Job Description

ESIC activities - Filing returns (Monthly Activities and Half Yearly Return.
Monitor and compile vendors monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and annual compliances (end to end)
Manage Vendors compliance audit.
Co-ordinate with Vendors for manpower data,
Control and Manage Tata Capital and subsidiaries all statutory and regulatory compliances (Monthly Activities and Half Yearly * Annual Returns)
Maintain TAT as per the agreed norms
Continuous improvement in the processes and ensuring the best industry practice.
Interacting with the Auditors for all compliance Queries and managing the Audit.
Maintain MIS and tracker.
Handling queries and complaints on time, response as per TAT
