The Opportunity Recurring Revenue Programs & Operations (RRPO) is a progressive global team responsible to support the management of recurring revenue at Adobe. Capabilities include renewal pipeline creation and distribution, renewal data validation & exception management, along with programmatic support to optimize and further evolve recurring revenue systems and processes, supporting Adobe subscription revenue retention and growth.
The RRPO Data Operations Team has expertise and experience in data management, validation, and cleansing. The Renewal Operations Specialist role is foundational to the team mission, ensuring accuracy of recurring revenue related data by validating systematically recognized annual recurring revenue and subscription attrition values, ensuring the intended application of Adobe policies and definitions. The Renewal Operations Specialist serves as a trusted business consultant within the broader retention ecosystem.
What you'll Do - Validate renewal pipeline authenticity by checking key details of a renewal transaction, closing unintended gaps between reporting & business objective
- Handle sophisticated business issues at the transactional level to minimize resolution lag & help drive consistent business performance
- Execute required data management tasks including data: analysis, profiling, scrubbing, cleansing and data validation & reporting
- Provide consultative mentorship to resources within retention ecosystem on methodologies for effective contract execution to maximize retention and ensure minimal attrition impact
- Partner with Recurring Revenue Programs team to align operations with overall strategy
- Engage with leadership team in weekly reviews to assess key issues impacting performance and advise a Turn Around Time (TAT) on resolution for open exception tickets
- Partner with Adobe Corp Finance to improve reporting logic by proactively identifying root cause deficiencies
- Partner with other involved teams to enhance systems by demystifying complex and legacy IT infrastructure
What you need to succeed - 5+ years of relevant experience Data Operations/Consulting experience is a plus
- BE/BA or equivalent experience MBA is a plus
- Be driven by execution and action oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, being well received by customers and partners
- Strong numeracy skills and competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Excel, Power BI, SAP / Siebel CRM, or similar
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Eye for detail especially while navigating through multiple corporate systems and customer contracts
- Ability to forecast results through data/analysis with a natural data and process orientation
- A proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with business partners inside the organization, leveraging all available resources to support the business process of renewals
- Experience managing projects with remote/geographically dispersed team members
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence within the team, leading by example
