Job Description
Develop in depth knowledge in customer project implementations
Analyse and understand detailed business requirements
Provide mapping requirements, software solutions and recommendations for product
implementations
Document business requirements, gathers issues and update business process flows
Document results of user acceptance tests
Collaborate with clients, software professionals and consultants to develop solutions
applications
Review and evaluate technical & functional design, technical & functional quality
issues and
processes
Coordinate and collaborates workflow processes and issues in designing,
programming and
testing
Develop highly functional qualitative modifications and application/system changesSpot opportunities to sell additional service and license opportunities when on client
sites
Prepare for workshops to present the products functions and understand the
customer needs
Write design deliverables and design data retrievals and interfaces
Participate in the modelling of customer needs
Identify the variances and proposes alternative solutions to the onsite project
manager
Start to organise and lead meetings with the onsite project manager / co-ordinator,
and act as
a key point of contact
Take responsibility for the skill acquisition of Consultants and Associate Consultants
YOUR PROFILE:
Experience: 3 7 years.
Retail domain.
