Looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in E-Commerce domain for an IT service firm based in Mumbai. The company profile and the job description is below.

Job Location: Work from home for atleast a 1st year. Then posting in Gurgaon or Hyderabad based on candidate preferance.

Job Description:
Responsible for analysing and documenting business needs, system integration, solution design / mapping and data requirements.
Ability to communicate technical terminology in clear and simple terms to customers and business partners and team members.
Good presentation skills.
Partner with application directors / product owners to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves dependencies successfully.
Good planning and time management skills and ability to multitask many different priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in working with e-commerce projects
Experience in one of e-commerce technologies like SFFC, Magento, Shopify, IBM WebSphere Commerce, ATG, any open source e-commerce implementation etc. is highly preferred
Experience in Market place integrations
Rich experience in gathering functional requirements, defining custom interfaces, data flow diagrams and functional designs.
Should have knowledge / experience in e-commerce domain Catalogues, Cart & Checkout, Payments, Promotions, Pricing, Product Management, Inventory management, order fulfilment , Omni Channel Ecommerce processes etc.
Participated in large or enterprise scale, complex multi country, multi-currency, multi-language e-commerce system implementation
Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and all levels of management as well as a range of internal technical professionals, remote teams and external vendors.
