Job Description
1. Implementing all activities planned by the company in the Dispensary/Clinic area in his/her individual capacity, as well as overall in charge and proper functioning of the Dispensary/Clinic.
2. Organizing the dispensary/clinic, outpatient department and allotting duties to the ancillary staff to ensure smooth running of the OPD; making suitable arrangements for the treatment of emergency cases which come outside the normal OPD hours.
3. Organizing laboratory where necessary and within the scope of the laboratory for proper diagnosis of doubtful cases; screening patients needing specialized medical attention including dental care and nursing care and refer them to referral institutions.
4. Conducting IME (Initial Medical Examination) and PME (Periodical Medical Examination) for the Company Employees.
5. Prescribing and issuing medicines through the Pharmacies attached with the Dispensary/Clinic or approving outside medicines.
6. Supervising the work of staff working under him/her and ensuring general cleanliness inside and outside the premises of the Dispensary/clinic and
also proper maintenance of equipment under his/her charge.

Must be Maharashtrian Domicile .
