Hiring in Banking and Insurance Sector for Territory Manager.

Job role:

Following are the key deliverables of the job To manage the team of 4 employees to ensure all routine deliverables are delivered within TAT.

Responsible for ensuring timely Distribution payout.

Devise Business reports according to the need of the branch and to improve productivity of Branches / Sales Employees.

Handle the payout and Agency admin related escalations from branches.

Implement innovative processes to eliminate financial or operational risk and manual work. Responsible to provide update on Employee incentives.

Responsible for analysing channel P&L account for Budgeted / actual cost and finding out reason for variance.

Responsible for designing and implementation of strategic initiative: Franchisee and Agent career program backend operation process.
