Vedantu SuperReaders is looking for teachers who want to be a part of an exciting and meaningful revolution that will radically change early childhood education in India and across the world. This is your opportunity to partner with Indias leading educational technology company to deliver the worlds best reading and reading comprehension program - Vedantu SuperReaders - for children 4 to 7 years old. Vedantu SuperReaders aims to empower each child to discover and achieve their unique potential by enabling them to read with comprehension. Reading is a major foundational academic ability for all school-based learning. It is a strong enabler for children to achieve academic and professional success as well as have a rich personal life. Vedantu SuperReaders will enable children to read early, fluently and with comprehension.
Here is what you need to become a SuperReaders teacher:
Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills
Neutral accent
Understanding of and familiarity with teaching phonics to children between 4 to 7 years
Two to three years of experience in teaching pre-primary grades
Ability to write and/or understand engaging and detailed lesson plans is a definite advantage
Minimum availability of 120 hrs per month (30 hrs per week during the following time slots: 3 pm to 8 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 9 pm on weekends)
Laptop/desktop with good configuration
High-speed broadband connection
Available for immediate joining

Here is what you have to do:
Record a video on your phone (video duration: 4-7 mins), in which you have to give an introduction about yourself in the first 60 secs (be creative, tell us your story in 60 secs!) and use the remaining time to narrate a story
While narrating the story, imagine you are telling it to a 4-year-old in a video class
We will evaluate the video on your ENERGY, VOICE MODULATION, BODY LANGUAGE, and COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Keep it as engaging and fun as possible.
You can pick any child-friendly story, we will not be considering the story as part of our evaluation parameter.
You need to submit your video link (Google Drive / YouTube Link Preferred) with resume within the next 2 working days and send it to le*******n@ve****u.com
Shortlisted teachers will be contacted for the next round of interviews within 5 days from the date of submission of the video.
