Roles and Responsibilities: Research on the latest technologies and remain up-to-date on developments within the software industry. Evaluate and identify the training needs of the employees. Build quarterly and annual training program. Identify and recruit trainers. Coordinate with internal and external trainers to: prepare training materials, record training sessions, and conduct live training sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and trainers. Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with the marketing team. Have a program announcement marketing strategy. Prepare and deliver training courses based on the schedule.
