Channel : Agency /Banca

CTC : 1.80 LPA to 2.76 LPA + incentive ( Fix Package __ No Negotiable )

Designation : Business / Sales Development manager

An agency sales manager's primary responsibility is to manage agency channel sales for the company.

He/ she is responsible for managing agents, training agents and achieving sales targets for the team.

Responsibility:

Lead Generate,
Establishing new business,
Planning and Preparing Presentation,
Writing reports,
Communicating best deal to prospective clients,
Report on Business activities to Management.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meeting.
