Roles and Responsibilities

Company Name - Aditya Birla Money
JD Selection Criteria s:
Min 3 of experience from preferred broking houses
Candidate should have been in the particular market for min 2 years to have effective client base
Currently achieving min 4X of revenue targets in the existing Organization
Currently managing or interested in Client Acquisition (sales)
Should have completed 10+2+3 years of education (Mandate)
Below 32 years of age
CTC range 2.6 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs (Depends on Experience and Potential of the candidate)
NISM 8 certification Equity Derivatives mandatory
Job Description:
Advising clients with regards to their Investment in Equity & Derivative Market, Place orders on their behalf.
Building relationships with the client & educating them about Investments.
Responsible for achieving brokerage.
New Client Acquisition
Executing Trades Orders.
Advising client based on Research report
