Urgent req for UCCE Engineer with Python scripting @ Bangalore - C2H

Position : UCCE Engineer with Python scripting
Experience : 5+ Years
Location : White Field - Bengaluru
Skills : UCCE (ICM), Python, CVP, EIM/WIM (CIM), CUCM, FINESSE, CUIC applications Verizon and ATT Cloud portals.
Job Mode : Contact To Hire / Long Term
Duration : 12 Months 36 Months (C2H)

Note: Selected candidates need to work Aurum Data Solutions Payrolls (C2H)

Core responsibilities:

UCCE operational support
Basic troubleshooting of Cisco enterprise Telephony infrastructure and call routing.
Support and problem resolution, including UCCE (ICM), CVP, EIM/WIM (CIM), CUCM, FINESSE, CUIC applications Verizon and ATT Cloud portals.
Troubleshoot inbound/outbound call issues for customer applications.
CUIC reports and CVP scripting
Possible fully remote worker but possible Cisco office available
Some overtime / on-call work required in the role
Handling Escalations on P1/P2 Issues.
Automation of process related to UCCE.
Creating python scripts to send Custom Alerts on the Contact Center Environment.
Agent Provisioning Application Development.
Python scripting and Core Java is must.
