Summary: Position Details: The Sr Mgr Resource Operations Management contributes to the ongoing definition and execution of the Resourcing Strategy and operations within the DWMS (Digital Wholesale, Mediation, Singleview) organization. This role is responsible for the development and deployment of skilled resources from the DWMS talent pool to fulfill customers project delivery and contribute to successful customer engagements worldwide from the Revenue Management/Digital Monetization organization. This role also manages deployment of skilled resources to meet requirements from non-customer facing DWMS programs and projects, including presales, solutions management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Execute ROM according to the DWMS resourcing strategy ensuring that:
Corporate standards, policies, practices, and strategy are met
DWMS Resourcing Principles are applied
Increase available skill sets, including succession planning for key roles/individuals
Manage rotation of employees
Collaborate with ROM team in deployment of blended teams, leveraging the global talent pool to meet global demand
Act as single point-of-contact for APAC solution delivery resourcing requirements
Work closely with regional stakeholders for project resourcing needs
Define optimized resourcing solutions for new and ongoing workstreams, forming balanced teams utilizing in-region and global resources
Manage internal customer satisfaction (regional stakeholders within Revenue Management/Digital Monetization organization and other functional organizations within DWMS)
Regularly review demand vs. capacity and provide recommendations, identifying risks and issues
Support Solution Design Reviews, providing input from a global resourcing viewpoint (team , structure, on/offshore ratio, capacity, risks)
Manage assignment of APAC regional (non-BLR) resources to maximize utilization and project margins
Act as single point-of-contact for APAC solution delivery resourcing requirements
Work closely with regional stakeholders for project resourcing needs
Define optimized resourcing solutions for new and ongoing workstreams, forming balanced teams utilizing in-region and global resources
Manage internal customer satisfaction (regional stakeholders within Revenue Management/Digital Monetization organization and other functional organizations within DWMS)

Education
BS/BA/BE degree in information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (electrical, software, telecommunications) or business (with major in computing) or equivalent experience
Experience
10+ years of experience within the software/professional services industry, with 7+ years in a management role in enterprise software organizations
Experience working with remote resources/teams across different locations and time zones
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated communications and negotiation skills, especially at the middle to senior management level
Problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency to provide solutions and new ideas
Strongly process oriented, with the ability to fast-track, i.e. take pragmatic shortcuts where appropriate
Demonstrate understanding of project life cycle, especially its applicability to resourcing
Product knowledge in Singleview, TSM, and WBMS are highly desirable
Familiar with Resource Management Tools (i.e. Oracle) for resource allocations, assignment, forecasting, and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
