Key functions will be:
l To achieve collection targets of the Respective Branch/Area assigned.
l Ensuring legal guidelines are complied for entire collection structure in letter and sprits.
l Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the lawcin force.
l Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct
l Continuously monitoring collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.
l Personal visit of customers to check on route cause of delinquency.
l Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to collections.
Salary - Upto 8.00 LPA

l Graduate/MBA (any specialization)
