Job Description
Interacting with business users and understanding their requirementsCreating Dashboards and Analytics using Tableau Desktop & Tableau Online/Server
Administering Tableau Server
Managing Tableau Admin activities like folder creation, user permissions, data extracts, automating queries
Utilizing Tableau tools including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server & Tableau Public
Designing & deploying the end to end process of Data Visualization using Tableau
Creating & developing Tableau Data Visualization reports for KPIs.
Developing Tableau workbooks from multiple data sources using Data Blending
Creating & administering users, groups, projects, sites creation, giving rights and publishing workbooks.
Creating action filters, parameters and calculated sets for preparing Dashboards and Worksheets in Tableau
Advanced level knowledge with tableau table and window calculations
Managing the Troubleshooting process, Performance tuning of reports and resolving issues within Tableau Server and reports
Continually review Dashboards and analysis to identify more efficient data gathering, summarizing and analysis techniques
Monitoring the performance of Dashboards in the server
Responsible for improving the Dashboard performance
Providing technical and analytical expertise while responding to specialized report requests requiring higher-level data analysis and data management services
Good knowledge on LOD, Windows Formula and well versed with tableau calculations
Excellent communication skills
Good to have knowledge on API and other languages (JAVA, D3j, POWER BI) to use with Tableau
Good communication skills
Should be open to learn new technologies
Willing to travel
