Job Description
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Manage to address and convert all the prospective leads received from various platform.
Register vendors in different cities
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
If need be Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and close
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts and proposal ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc on CRM.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Support the Operation and CS team internally
Involve in Marketing program for lead generation
Periodic Reviews and Sale pipeline Report sharing with Management Team
