Mandatory Skills:

Minimum 6month - 2Years experience in end to end IT recruitment cycle.
Handling End to end recruitment Sourcing Candidates from different portal like Naukri, shine, Monster Posting Jobs, Mailers Taking telephonic round of interview scheduling Interviews salary negotiation etc.
Multi location Recruitment
Sourcing/Sourcing
Scheduling Interviews
Conducting initial rounds of interview
Building Strong referral Network
Database Creation & Maintenance
Communication Skills
Offer Negotiation
Final Closing
