Job Description

Should have 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all the clients handling.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Ensure the timely and successful delivery of work to all the clients.

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to generate revenue.

Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

Execute Process of Recruitment for Suitable and Efficient Placement; Staying aware of new technological products as well as the latest trends;

Ability to deal with people tactfully, willing to learn and team facilitator;

Searching & Screening relevant profiles and shortlisting candidates;
