Job Description
Software Dev Engineer III (UI)What youll do:
Design, build and deploy elegant client-facing web solutions that push the boundaries of web and interaction design
Maintain high standards of code quality and unit test coverage
Discuss and ideate technology solutions along with other members
Work with cross-functional teams to research and resolve production issues
BS and/or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
4+ years of software development experience
Highly proficient in object oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS3
Experience with React is a must.
Experience with AngularJS, GraphQl, responsive web design, Bootstrap (or similar CSS framework)
Adept at maintaining cross-browser compatibility and debugging
Knowledge ofAWS (EC2,ECS, S3)is a must.
Knowledge ofCI/CD (Jenkins/Chef)is a must.
Knowledge of any CDN- good to have.
Knowledge of containers/dockers.
Excellent verbal and written skills, with proven ability to communicate complex ideas
Ability to write clean, coherent code and follow established coding conventions
Results-oriented and proactive
Experience at other fast-paced Internet companies, especially Travel companies, is a big plus
