Job Description

Job Responsibility:
Provide support / help for onboarding the new online trainers
Liaise with LEM to get the registration list
Pre-work tracking and following up with participants to ensure completeness of all necessary prerequisite activities
Facilitate live online sessions, providing audio, video and chat support
Ensure adherence to design and running of successful presentation/workshop
Encourage full participation, promotes cooperation, cultivates shared responsibility and thus drive synergy
Communicate with faculty and customer in both written and spoken correspondence
Ability to follow up and assist with course closure
Maintain attendance records and feedback sheet and provide feedback to the faculty
Liaise with customer, Learning Advisors & Learning Excellence for any changes/updates in the training event/program
Actively engage in recording and editing of the presentation
Ensure smooth running of events as per the Program / Course Metadata in the Learning Management System
Follow the workflow / communication process on the CRM and adherence of case management process
Manage and Administer all activities end-to-end for assigned programs/task
