Roles and Responsibilities 1. Must be fluent in English along with an active listener 2. Must be able to handle inbound calls/chats ensuring the CSAT 3. FTR delivery and assurance 4. Sales oriented call resolutions 5. Expected to answer 120 to 150 calls with a minimum of 5 to 6 hours of talk time 6. Muliskill profile is preferred (voice + chat) 7.
