Job Role
The candidate is expected to cater to inbound calls and chats in an apt and professional way. Imparting complete and accurate product information which leads prospects/customers to opt for offered courses. Ensuring business and customer-centric approach with multitasking skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Must be fluent in English along with an active listener
2. Must be able to handle inbound calls/chats ensuring the CSAT
3. FTR delivery and assurance
4. Sales oriented call resolutions
5. Expected to answer 120 to 150 calls with a minimum of 5 to 6 hours of talk time
6. Muliskill profile is preferred (voice + chat)
7. Adherence to call compliance and quality
