Good understanding in Accounting, Compliances, MIS, Taxation & Commercial matters
Processes implementation and documentation experience such as P2P, O2C
General understanding on Banking for LC, BC, CC, Forex, Import / Export transactions
Good knowledge of any reputed ERP (including handling inventory) & also Tally ERP 9
Good command on MS word / advanced Excel / PPT and basic software and systems
Broad knowledge of IFC and its implementation and documents
Recruitment of junior team members
Key Skills -Ready to accept challenges with good people handling skills.
Good in written / oral communication
Presentable personality, positive and solution-oriented approach
Maturity to handle critical situation / difficult people.
Job ProfileTo play active role in our Virtual CFO function while dealing with multiple clients
To support in account, finance, tax, commercial and business function of SMEs
Actively role in process improvement and implementation including ERP support / inventory control / Commercial negotiation / MIS / Budgeting Costing etc.
Handling personnel to get the task done at client place.
Ability to handle difficult people and difficult situation.
Preference for: Working in Manufacturing Industry having turnover above Rs 50 Cr to Rs 150 Cr
Qualification: B.Com, CA (Inter) Age : 30-34 yrs
