1. TL APPLICATIONS
5-10 yrs of Technical experience in vb and dot net c sharp and dot net
Soft skills aggressive self motivated collaborative engaged speaks up and voices opinions
Should be good in communication and work with customer team closely
Knowledge of the agile processes is needed and should have basic understanding all the agile
ceremonies
Need to have good communication skills since he will be part of customer pod and need to
update the status on daily basis
Need to have good knowledge on secure coding
Practices prior knowledge on working with git repository would be helpful
Knowledge on the ada compliance and making sure the pages developed are ada compliant is
preferred understanding of insurance domain will be added advantage need to be
independently working with client and deliver
The assigned work independently with good quality need to be independently working with

Assigned team member needs to go through the legacy application and work with the business
users to make necessary changes
