Job Description
Hi Team,
One of the critical resource who is supporting Sita HCM Project in Compensation and core HR areas is leaving for Maternity. Resource should be well experienced Oracle HCM (Fusion) techno functional analyst. Should have good communication skills as resource would frequently interacting with client team.

Resource
* Should be able to support Oracle HCM application and having sound techno functional knowledge and have good hold on the application
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support project. Experience in Core HR, Absence management, Performance management, Goal management, Talent management & Compensation modules
* Should have experience in HDL, HCM Data Extracts, ITBI, BIP & creating catalogs etc..
* Should have exposure to Fast formulas in all the modules
* Should have good hold on Responsive design of the application
* Should have good experience writing sqls and understand joins
* Must have exposure and experience in testing and handling Oracle Quarterly patch updates
* Should be a hands-on person who owns and delivers project deliverables
* Should have good work experience in handling security roles and setting up new custom roles as per client expectation
* Experience in entire development life cycle activities - Requirement gathering, design the solution, development and unit testing, SIT testing, UAT support, PROD migration support and Warranty support
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this position will require constant interaction with customer team (business + project management team + senior management team) on a regular basis
* Should possess good documentation skill to prepare detailed documentation on the changes made
* Provide input on best practices to clients on Oracle cloud application solution, best practices and its utilization to effectively address the project requirements
* Experience in management activities: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Tracking & Monitoring & Closure
* Timely communication on identified risks and mitigation plan, reporting the progress
* Ability to manage customer expectations, proactively identify the risks and mitigate them before its occurrence
Should have experience in maintaining Out of Box (Standard) functionalities including reports
* Should have hands on experience on complete cycle for Performance or Compensation
* Should be able work on security roles, customization and create configuration rules (Personalization)
* Able to create Sandboxes ,take backups and publish the same
* Having exposure to Taleo is an additional advantage
