Job Description
Assistant Unit Manager (L 4 level) :
Skills required:
Very Good knowledge on Process Domain Capital Market: Subject matter Knowledge of Capital Market and Brokerage Operation functions Cash Management Transaction processing (Receipts and Disbursements) along with insight into US Stock Market concepts preferred.
Excellent communication skills to be part of Client calls and Management Calls.
Prior Work Experience of Team Handling, preferably from same Industry for at least 6 Months to 1 year
Very good People Management and Group handling skills.
Good Technical/PC skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office Tools MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
US Shifts (India Night shift) working time mandatory Shifts hours: 21.30 to 7.30
Role & Responsibilities:
Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues using the prescribed performance management techniques.
Monitor and take action on productivity, personnel and payroll.
Conduct performance appraisals.
Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise.
Modify Operations as needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of Operations Manager.
Successfully complete all client related training.
Hold team meetings with the direct reports.
Communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific
timeliness.
Provide hands-on assistance to your team in case of issues, both through direct intervention and mentoring.
Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of your team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling.
Ensure timeliness on reporting and client deliverables.
Take initiative to continuously improve the process.
