Job Description
Key responsibilities
Technology delivery partner with Maersk PTP team for finance & tax platform
Key member for the S4Hana implementation program in PTP
Help create vision in partnership with finance PTP function and platform product owners
Translate vision into roadmap and lead end to end deliveries in alignment within technology architecture framework
Actively collaborate with other platform product owners and Lead Engineers to understand the impact on PTP and ensure accounting needs are delivered
Manage the platform product backlog as per prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable. Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
Contribute to developing platform and agile practices across Maersk
Ensure governance is followed in change deployment, IT budgeting and manage relationship with vendors where relevant
We are looking for
You have:
Experience working as SAP PTP expert / Architect / PTP lead for at least 5 years with overall experience of atleast 8 years
Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects with role as procure to pay lead or Architect
In depth domain knowledge in the procure to pay process and SAP MM modules
Experience in working with PTP business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
Experience with S4HANA implementation is must
Experience in modules of SAP MM, OpenText, Tax, Invoice Processing, Goods and Services Procurement and Supplier Portals
Experience of working with SAP FICO, SD, HR, PS and Travel Management modules integration with SAP MM
Experience of working with Source to Contract process and applications is an advantage
Experience in AI and robotics will be an advantage
Experience of large and complex Programs is must
Experience in developing roadmap for PTP
Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
Good problem solving & communication skills
Bachelor's or masters degree in Finance or IT related discipline
Collaborative mindset across business functions
Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment
