JD :-
Skillset :
1) Hands on experience in Unix and Windows Servers Patch Management
2) Good experience on PowerShell/Bash/Korn/Python/Ansible scripting for infra towers like platform, database, netwrok, security
3) Proven experience in test planning, conducting Impact Assessments, identifying and managing Testing risks, Stakeholder co-ordination and management.
4) Good Experience - Write, design, build test automation frameworks, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions
5) At least 3 years of experience in test strategy, design, estimation, test design techniques, test execution, defect management and Analysis & reporting
6) Hands on experience in Infrastructure components like Network devices, Firewalls, Servers, Databases, Cloud services (AWS and Azure)
7) Experience in testing of Windows Desktop Rollouts, VMs and Exchanges
8) Technical experience of testing networks (i.e. routers, switches, gateways, voice, video)
9) Experience in ITSM Change Management process, ServiceNow, knowledge of the business domain
Responsibilities :-
1) Design automation scripts using Bash and Powershell
2) Validate the Health check reports for the infrastructure components
2) Participate, execute and validate weekly and Monthly upgrades for the infrastructure components
3) Validate results for the infra components during upgrades and patching activities
4) Defect management - Create the incidents for the Failed verifications
5) Understanding of common software failures and faults
6) Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system
7) Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios
8) Identify and prioritize test conditions addressing product risks and features to be tested
9) Define specific tests that must be designed for Infra Component, design test cases and sets of test cases to cover test conditions
10) Identify necessary test data to support test conditions and test scripts
