Profile: Technical Support Specialist [Voice and Non-Voice]-
Location: Hitech City, Madhapur Hyderabad.
Start Date: Immediate or ASAP
Shift timings: 24*7 Rotational Shift
Number of openings: Multiple with experience 1 to 3 years.
Job description:
Required Skills:
2-3 years of relevant experience
Technical Degree and/or equivalent experience and training preferred
Any Graduate [BSc. B.Com]
Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources
Ability to assess and prioritize alerts and respond or escalate accordingly
Must be willing to work in shift operations in a 24/7/365 rotational work environment
Good verbal and written English communication skills and attention to detail
Technical Skills Required:
MCSE, CCNA or any other technology exposure.
Exposure to IT troubleshooting processes for Laptops, Desktops, MAC, and Windows Applications
Exposure to service management tools for tracking tickets [Service Now, Manage Engine, Salesforce, Jira etc.]
Exposure to ITIL best practices and processes
Special Requirements:
Taking ownership of customer requests
Ability to follow procedures
Ability to perform under pressure
An innovative attitude, stress-resistant, team player, flexible
Independent worker, logical thinker
Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
Update customer data and produce activity reports
Walk customers through problem solving process
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
Preserve and grow your knowledge of Help Desk and Service Desk procedures, products and services
