Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) Increasing Business Volumes and penetration Driving Auto Loans team for SK/MI/CP/EW Business Driving TW Loans team for IB/MI/EW Business Driving TR Loans Team for CP/MI/EW Business Driving CTG Loans team for CP/MI BusinessTraining and Development Training Auto Loan BDRs for doing SK/MI/CP/EW Training TW Loan Canvassers for doing IB/MI/EW Training TR Loan SOs for doing MI/CP/EW Training CTG Loan team for CP/MI BusinessChannel Development Meeting with DSA/Dealer of Auto Loans for business development activities Meeting TW Dealers and sub dealers for business development activities Meeting TR Dealers for business development activities Meeting CTG Loan DSA/Dealers for business development activities.Coordination Coordination and transaction level interaction with HDFC ERGO on a daily basis for MI/SK Business Coordination and transaction level interaction with HDFC LIFE on a daily basis for CP business Coordination and transaction level interaction with BHARTI AXA on a daily basis for MI business Coordination and transaction level interaction with Bajaj Allianz on a daily basis for EW/MI BusinessClaims Settlement and Customer Escalation Tracking claims settlement in MI and SK cases with HDFC ERGO. Tracking claims settlement in CP with HDFC LIFE. Coordination with Sales and Collections team in NPA and overdue cases where claim is registered Handling customer escalations so that grievances are resolved within the TATRetention Business Coordinating with Insurance HDFC ERGO and Bharti AXA with renewal and rollover business of existing customers Meeting with DSA/DDSA and updating them about retention business Visiting branches and updating on renewal and rollover business opportunities Updating vehicle loans team on renewal and rollover business statusSkillsSales and Influencing SkillsComputer LiteracyBanking Product & Process KnowledgeInsurance Product and Regulatory KnowledgePlanning and Organizing SkillsCommunicationKnowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial/insurance Industry.
