Hiring for International Voice process/Customer support/Technical support Profile
and Non-voice jobs with Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
We are hiring PUC (12th)/Diploma/ undergraduates/graduates, freshers and experienced candidates for the International voice process.
Salary Range: 14,000 - 28,000 take home(Based on Prior work experience)
Shifts: Rotational/fixed Shifts and 5 days
Fixed SAT and SUN off
Transport: Free transportation with door to door pick up
Job Designation: Associate and Senior Associate
Roles and responsibilities:
Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)
Provide World Class Customer Service.
Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient, and versatile.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
End to Transaction of Reports.
Note : Candidates from Bangalore location are preferred.
