Job Description

-End to End IT recruitment experience (Contract staffing)
-Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates
-Need to support all IT recruitments
-Product hiring experience (eCommerce, telecom, networking companies mainly)
-Arranging interviews for selected candidates
-Need to be ready to work as an individual contributor or in a team
-Strong is sourcing
-Excellent communication-oral and written
-Self-driven to achieve assigned targets
-Ability to research, understand the business process
-Aggressive positive attitude
