Qualification: Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering
Experience: At least 10 years of experience

Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsibility for statutory compliance and Liasioning with KESCO ( Technical Part) .
- Accountable for ISO QMS, EMS, OHSAS documentation and implementation.
- Accountability of effective implementation of Preventive and predictive maintenance of equipments as per SAP PM Schedules and condition monitoring techniques.
- Accountable to increase availability of plant by leading the team for electrical related RCA of breakdowns and effective implementation of outcomes.
- Responsibility of electrical maintenance budget planning and allocation.
- Responsibility of all spare management.
- Responsibility of implementation of continuous Improvement goal related to electrical and provides support to other functions.
- Responsibility for team building and enhancing team knowledge and skills through planning and implementing internal and external trainings of electrical team.
- Responsible for conducting studies as Hazardous Area Classification, Energy saving possibilities in existing system, ARC flash study.
- Planned and reactive maintenance of HT & LT system to ensure 100% availability of power.
- Work closely with the Production and Maintenance departments to achieve company goals in efficiency.
- Employee will comply with all site safety standards and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements
- Should have performed as head of electrical section for 4-5 Years.
- Should have knowledge of electrical drawings, SLD, P&I D.
- Should have a thorough understanding of HT and LT system.
- Knowledge of HAC, Arc flash, ISO, SAP PM Module.
- Must understand synchronization of DG and grid in both HT and LT system.
- Must have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Experience in solar power and energy saving projects is preferred.
- Experience with the operation of production machinery is preferred.
- Should have experience in maintenance, inspection, installation and commissioning of HT transformers, HT switchgears.
- Should have through knowledge on Electrical Motors
