Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibility is to independently manage the Human Resource Development function as well as general Administration
Managing office Facility, Assets, and Supplies/ general Administration Must
Management of Attendance system and Payroll
Should be able to understand the Operating Processes and Systems of the company in a short time and work around them to develop the JDs, KRAs, Incentive schemes, other schemes.
Monitoring the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly review, attendance tracking, leave management, Learning and Development.
Support in conducting Performance Management process for respective line of business as per set timelines including goals planning and setting.
Assess the need for training and areas of improvement of team members periodically and informing the management of such needs and providing for the same.
