Looking for candidates experience in ARIBA tool with excellent communication skills and can perform the following tasks given below:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Help Desk - Partner with Procurement to create Procurement Option on Help Desk for Service Now tickets from RRD Stakeholders and Suppliers. Team will redirect to AP, IT and / or Ariba or other teams as necessary for requests outside of Procurement responsibilities

• Maintain Internal RRD Help Desk for HOW TO do processes to meet Requisition/ Approve/ PO processes in Ariba

• Maintain Internal RRD Help Desk for HOW TO do processes to meet Requisition/ Approve/ PO processes in Ariba. Create Help desk "answer set" documentation. Develop knowledge base for RRD Procurement Systems users (Ariba, SAP, Pecas, CustomBuy, WCCS, Service Now, Perceptive Content.) This is NOT IT support for break/ fix/ Install, it is support for HOW To interact to complete Procurement activities

• Develop/ Analyze metrics of incoming requests. Collaborate with Procurement to identify innovative solutions to recurring issues

• Partner with Procurement to prioritize and develop automated services (links to training, Chat, Chatbot?) to reduce need for incoming calls

• Provide Procurement (Outsourcing and Indirect Procurement teams) helpdesk services to RRD partners. General description: Supplier set up (CVMS, Ariba), Analyze and redirect to AP, Category Manager, Buyer, Management, or other PO Entry Teams

• Create Communication plan/ process to track and notify partners of issues, i.e. Smartsheet or Service Now Ticket

• Support stakeholders on POE and Outsourcing Team
